Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years engineering leadership or senior engineering experience.

• Must have built dashboards, error / alerting pipelines, tracing/logging systems; comfortable selecting and integrating model selection and monitoring tools.

• Experience owning end-to-end reliability for critical systems (e.g., audio transcription, note output, EHR integrations).

• Responsibilities include code reviews, bug triage, and enforcing quality guardrails.

Other Requirements:

• Experience with healthcare standards (FHIR / HL7) and EHR system quirks

• Prior exposure to real-time or almost real-time streaming or chunked audio processing / diarization, and converting unstructured speech inputs into structured outputs
