• Help enterprise companies navigate the complexities of healthcare benefits by delivering tailored solutions through an exceptional sales process

• Relentlessly pursue excellence in your understanding of our product, our business, and the competitive landscape

• Generate new ideas to create more pipeline, bring on more customers, and create the foundation of a repeatable sales process in the Enterprise segment

• Collaborate with engineering, product, growth, implementation and customer success teams to drive results

• Have an expert understanding of your pipeline - regularly reporting on metrics and forecasts

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in implementation management, preferably within a SaaS environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to customers and internal teams.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and experience with system integrations, particularly with payroll systems, is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify issues proactively and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, including setting up their Thatch instance, importing employee data, and launching open enrollment.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of implementation milestones, meeting client-specific requirements and deadlines.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Assist customers in integrating their payroll systems with Thatch, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support as needed.

• Work closely with the product team to relay customer feedback, report issues, and suggest enhancements or new features to improve the platform.

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role at a high-growth SaaS company.

• Proficiency in Salesforce administration, reporting, and optimization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

• A collaborative mindset, eager to partner with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Salesforce to ensure data integrity, usability, and alignment with sales workflows.

• Own sales reporting and analytics, delivering actionable insights to support revenue growth.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address inefficiencies in the sales process.

• Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning.

• Implement and track performance metrics for Account Executives (AEs) to drive accountability and results.
