Business Development Rep

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, accounting or related field (preferred)
Experience Requirements:
2+ years in a lead generations field
Other Requirements:
A valid Passport - potential for domestic and future international travel
Excellent interpersonal capability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize different projects and stay on schedule
Responsibilities:
Generate new business pipeline (leads) primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
Partner with our Salesforce PAM (Partner Account Manager) to effectively prospect the Salesforce AE & SE Teams
Attend Swantide events to build and manage relationships with Salesforce AE and SE team
Manage inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort
Nurture early-stage opportunities Partner with our Founder Sellers to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas Align with internal account teams Identify key decision makers within new accounts Maintain operational hygiene in our CRM (Salesforce)
