Education Requirements:
PhD or equivalent degree in chemistry or another physical science
PhD or equivalent degree in computational chemistry or machine learning in chemistry (preferred)
Experience Requirements:
3+ years of experience
Familiarity with using statistical analysis techniques to adapt models
3+ years of experience working in a drug discovery project (preferred)
Other Requirements:
Python programming skills
Knowledge of statistics and drug discovery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models
Partner with computational and medicinal chemists for decision-making
Generate value from machine learning models for internal and partner use
Communicate results with internal drug discovery teams
Support the evolution of machine learning models with analytical feedback
