Education Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Understand clients' business needs and challenges within pharma manufacturing, helping them implement solutions to optimize their processes

• Provide ongoing strategic guidance and ensure successful adoption of the SaaS products by delivering customized recommendations

• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure long-term success

Education Requirements:

• Technical background, preferably in Engineering

Experience Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience leading projects within an Agile/Scrum methodology

Other Requirements:

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, French, and other third languages is a plus

• Experience in software development companies focused on the pharma market

• Experience in managing and deploying eBR projects and other enterprise software implementations for the Life Sciences industry

• Expertise in Jira and Google Suite

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence: ETL / Data Warehouse methodologies
