Can I try Shen.AI for Free?
Sure! You can sign for a 30 days trial free of charge.
What’s included in the Free Trial?
You will get access to Shen.AI SDK Professional plan with 100 scans included.
Can I sign up for the Trial or Paid plan on my own?
Yes. When you use the “Start free trial” button, it will lead you to our Admin Portal with access to an SDK - from that place, you can also make purchases.
What is the subscription duration?
You can choose between a monthly and annual subscription. This gives you more flexibility to adapt or cancel as your needs change.
What is a scan?
A scan is a single use of Shen.AI SDK.
How can I check the number of scans I’ve already used?
You have access to scan usage data on a daily basis in your Admin Portal.
Can I pay annually?
Yes, Shen.AI is available in an annual subscription, too. When you select this plan, you also get custom discounts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Cancellation depends on the length of your contract.
Do you automatically charge me more if I exceed the limit of scans?
No. There is no possibility to exceed the limit of scans. You will be automatically notified via Admin Portal when your account goes low on the limits with an option to buy scan packages directly in Admin Portal.
How can I top-up scans?
You can buy more scans directly in the Admin Portal. You will get automatic notifications when your balance is low.
Can I pay for scans only?
No. Monthly Plan fees are obligatory.
Are custom plans available?
Yes. We can craft a dedicated Plan to suit your needs.
Is the Core plan white-labeled?
No. The white-label option is only available in Professional and Enterprise plans.
I am still building my product and not commercializing yet, what Plan should I choose?
We have a few levels of R&D licenses designed specifically for research and development activities. Please note: this license does not include commercial usage rights.
When will the 30-day Trial start?
The first day of the Trial is the day when you log in to the Admin Portal where you can download the Shen.AI SDK.

Education Requirements:
MSc or PhD in Computational Physiology, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
Proficiency in biosignal analysis (e.g., ECG, EEG, PPG).
Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools (Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib).
Experience with experimental design and data processing pipelines.
Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Interest in human physiology, medicine, and wellness.
Other Requirements:
Experience with C++ programming.
Knowledge in the Computer Vision domain.
Background in data mining techniques.
