Strong hands-on technical experience with the Atlassian platform (Data Center and Cloud)
Experience leading or coordinating technical implementation projects
Atlassian certifications or accreditations
Practical experience in on-premise to cloud migrations
Familiar with Agile and ITSM concepts and tools
Other Requirements:
Understanding of integrations and APIs (e.g., REST, webhooks, automation rules)
Knowledge of enterprise tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jenkins
Language skills: German (fluent, minimum B2), English (at least basic)
Is passionate about technology and hands-on problem solving
Enjoys working directly with systems and tools
Responsibilities:
Working hands-on with customers to design, implement, and customize Atlassian products
Developing technical solutions for Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools
Leading and contributing to complex Atlassian-based ITSM and DevOps implementations
Working alongside a team of experienced Atlassian professionals to solve real technical problems
Providing technical guidance and mentoring for both customers and teammates
