  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field at BI Norwegian Business School

Experience Requirements:

  • Previous experience in starting a business, website, or other side hustle is highly preferred

Other Requirements:

  • Self-starter, proactive, organized, and hungry to learn

  • Loves startups and wants to understand how they work from the inside

  • Strong communicator in English (bonus if you speak other languages)

  • Interested in tech, design, gaming, or 3D is a plus (not required)

  • Research skills: ability to gather, synthesize, and present data

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and user insights

  • Support operations and internal processes (finance, admin, planning)

  • Help prepare pitch decks and investor materials

  • Be part of fundraising efforts and potential grant applications

  • Engage with users and analytics to gather feedback and improve the product
