Experience Requirements:

• 6+ years of proven experience executing and leading in fast-changing, high-growth organisations (ideally in tech).

• Work with leaders across Cleo globally to prioritise, align and deliver communications about our most important strategic initiatives to ensure Cleople are informed, engaged, and inspired.

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership with divergent perspectives to discuss key issues and work behind the scenes to resolve disagreements, influence outcomes, and enable leader success.
