Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience

• Subject matter expert on paid marketing across networks like Meta, Campaign Manager 260, Google Ads, TradeDesk, Tik Tok, etc.

• Experience with connector tools like Funnel, Datorama, or Clarisights

• Experience with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics/Omniture, MixPanel, Heap, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Google Search console, billing systems, Shopify, inventory managers, CMS’s, etc.

• Experience with database analysis (R, SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake,)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand pain points and translate them into requirements for data tagging schemas, data queries, and models

• Design reports providing ongoing data in useful formats

• Identify key insights not being tracked and predicted in software

• Assist Dev and QA in ensuring accuracy and understandability of client deliverables

• Collaborate with design and development team as a non-technical subject matter expert

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of work experience in product management

• Work with customers and developers throughout the product lifecycle

• Identify gaps/opportunities and gather requirements

• Package and position features; execute on delivery, launch, and adoption

• Identify key opportunities in the market space

• Work with developers to scope, size, and prioritize roadmap and backlog

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage client-facing initiatives to ensure delivery on scope, time, budget, and quality

• Manage client cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and Pickaxe internal teams

• Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

• Define and manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks

• Develop and maintain project documentation
