Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of sales experience, specifically in Mid-Market healthcare selling complex solutions to department leaders and executives across Patient Access, Patient Accounting, IT, HR, Marketing, and other areas within mid-market healthcare organizations

Other Requirements:

• Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment

• Proven track record of overachieving in previous sales roles

Responsibilities:

• Master of the entire sales cycle including Identifying, qualifying, pursuing, and closing new business and upsell opportunities to exceed quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Work closely with a specialized Business Development Representative to book meetings, develop and optimize outbound strategies, and keep the pipeline full

• Work closely with a Solution Architect to scope out and qualify opportunities

• Collaborate with Hyro’s Channel Partners to identify and close new business

• Develop relationships with executive stakeholders

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or a master's degree in computer science, data science, or equivalent field

Experience Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an AI Architect/Principal Engineer

• At least 2 years of experience with building ML or LLM-based applications in production

• At least 5 years of Python or equivalent programming experience

Other Requirements:

• Knowledge in MLOps - bonus

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and drive design processes and products that incorporate Generative AI (LLMs) and knowledge Retrieval in order to help patients across the US

• Design and define data pipelines and evaluation pipelines

• Coach teams on best practices for datasets and building data sets

• Build applicative AI in production on a large scale

• Build solutions for different mediums including voice products with minimal latency and high accuracy
