Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of social media content calendars and providing recommendations on partners, which includes copywriting, hashtag recommendations, while maintaining a premium aesthetic for scheduled posts. Assist in devising and implementing social media strategies to meet brand objectives, enhance reach and engagement, and bolster audience expansion on diverse platforms. Helps keep clients informed about engagement progress, community management, and deliverable timelines through effective communication
Collaborates with teams across the agency to devise proactive solutions for creating social media campaigns, capturing high-quality content during activations, and coming up with ideas for eye-catching content throughout the year for multiple social media applications (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn), while also editing and organizing assets aligned with brand guidelines that resonate with the intended audience.
Utilize social media management tools such as TalkWalker, Sprinklr, Sprout Social and Linkin.bio, in addition to analytics, to assess insights on campaign performance, track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and derive insights for continuous improvement informing future social media initiatives.
