Education Requirements:
Degree in business or related field
Minor or dual degree in engineering/computer science or related field preferred
Experience Requirements:
New grad or up to 2 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or client-facing product roles
Active user of AI tools in your daily workflow
Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Other Requirements:
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and clients simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and capacity planning mindset
People management instincts for navigating difficult conversations
Exceptional communication skills
Responsibilities:
Manage delivery across approximately 20 concurrent accounts, maintaining a 5 to 10 feature per week cadence
Own capacity planning and resource allocation across a shared team of designers and developers
Build trust through specific, proactive client communication
Use AI tools (Claude, Fireflies, internal Tempo tooling) as core parts of your workflow
Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage handoffs, and keep stakeholders aligned
