Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 6-7 years of legal experience at a law firm and/or in-house, with a minimum of 3 years in a tech scale-up preferably in payments, FinTech, SaaS or related sectors

• English solicitor (preferably) or qualified in another common law or European jurisdiction

• Experience in managing and leading teams of lawyers and / or paralegals

Responsibilities:

• Support the General Counsel in their duties and advise and partner with every team from across the business

• Lead, manage and mentor a small team of junior lawyers and paralegals

• Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on data protection agreements

• Assist teams across the business in identifying potential issues and risks and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to manage them
