Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years of professional experience with Go
Track record of developing scalable and extensible systems
Extensive experience in creating and maintaining robust APIs
Other Requirements:
Proficiency in Python
Familiarity with infrastructure containerization and DevOps (preferably GCP or AWS)
Exposure to real-time infrastructure or latency critical systems
Knowledge of distributed computing and cloud infrastructure at scale
Responsibilities:
Design and enhance backend infrastructure focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability
Expertly manage concurrency and parallelism in Go using goroutines and channels
Develop robust networking and streaming capabilities, including WebSockets and WebRTC
Lead performance optimization initiatives by profiling Go code and reducing latency
Build fault-tolerant systems with strong recovery mechanisms and failover strategies
