FAQs
I signed up for an account but I don't see any verification email. What do I do?
Check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact support.
When I upload/download my document, all my annotations are gone! What happened?
Annotations are not saved in the document itself. They are saved in the Petal cloud. Uploading and downloading a document only copies the content. When you open the document in Petal, your annotations should be there.
My browser automatically downloads PDFs instead of opening them directly, so my Petal extension cannot capture them to my project library!
Some browsers are configured to download PDFs automatically. This setting needs to be changed to open PDFs directly in the browser. Once changed, Petal should automatically capture the files you open.
