  • Deep experience in reviewing and reporting on data, identifying actionable insights, and applying that into strategy.

  • Experience with marketing automation systems like ActiveCampaign, SFDC, CDP tooling like Segment and project management tools like Linear.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end activation and lifecycle strategies across different verticals, segments, and product offerings (Brokers, Employers, Members).

  • Architect and optimize a scalable lifecycle marketing system—including marketing automation, CRM tools, and data pipelines (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Segment).

  • Develop the reporting and measurement data systems to gather insights and learnings to improve our engagement marketing program.

  • Develop, iterate, and maintain high-personalized prospects, customer and member-facing communications.

  • Design, test, and optimize A/B experiments to drive prospects (employer and broker) activation and member enrollments.
