Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Software Development
1+ years of experience with generative AI development
4+ years experience in either Python, GoLang, Rust, etc.
Responsibilities:
Building AI Agents that exist within and outside of the Unit21 platform to gather data and provide key insights on potential financial crimes
Working closely with Product to understand customer needs and workflows to better automate them
Defining and crafting a rich architecture of AI toolsets to create Agentic workflows that 10x customer productivity with high fidelity
Drive continuous improvement of agentic workflows through data-driven insights and measurable outcomes
Explore research papers to prototype and implement innovative techniques for enhancing AI agents.
