Experience Requirements:
Proven experience or a strong interest in client relationship management, preferably in B2B and tech.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with stakeholders at various levels and from various industries.
Analytical mindset with the capacity to understand complex client needs and translate them into actionable plans.
Business literacy and curiosity: a broad understanding of various sectors or the ability to quickly grasp new industries.
Fluency in English reflecting our international client base Detail-oriented and rigorous: thoroughly prepare, fully understand client requirements, and deliver accurately and on time. Humour: we take the sense of humour very seriously
Other Requirements:
Experience with HubSpot and skills in presentation design are a plus
Responsibilities:
Drive client engagement by maintaining and strengthening relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Novable's scouting solutions.
Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align client goals with Novable’s offerings and achieve long-term value creation for our partners.
Perform client onboarding, conduct regular client meetings, and lead business reviews to ensure satisfaction, drive platform usage, detect upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collect customer feedback.
Utilize feedback loops to suggest platform enhancements, contributing to ongoing client satisfaction and product development.
Control and validate product releases before delivery, ensuring quality and alignment with client needs, and report any bugs or issues to the relevant teams for resolution. Deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to both internal and external stakeholders, showcasing the impact of Novable’s solutions on client objectives. Co-manage a global team of scouting experts, overseeing daily interactions and the execution of scouting campaigns and innovation consulting projects

Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:
