Responsibilities:
Own sales operations - helping @Yann GUILLEUX scale the team from 7 to 15 reps within one year
Lead high-impact initiatives with multiple stakeholders (launch Enterprise offering, implement AI support systems, structure key processes)
Build no-code automations to eliminate repetitive tasks
Partner with data and tech teams to develop effective solutions
Drive growth as a strategic consultant by analyzing opportunities and implementing improvements
