• Experience building mass-market consumer-centric brands

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic vision and execution of Instagram’s iconic brand and global marketing programs to drive the brand forward and foster long term growth

• Architect Instagram’s marketing strategy and roadmap through research, testing and insights, and building effective go-to-market strategies to bring innovative advertising experiences to market

• Define and manage comprehensive outbound marketing strategy and planning including segmentation, targeting, market sizing, media and communications plan, roll-out strategy, and integration with PR, Editorial, growth, partnerships and performance marketing

• Manage a high performance team of marketers, providing the guidance and structure necessary to deliver marketing programs and innovation in how the Instagram brand evolves

• Lead and collaborate with a multitude of cross-functional stakeholders to deliver industry-leading marketing campaigns, product launches and GTMs

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other technical fields

• Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other technical fields

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of work experience (2+ years with a Ph.D.) in applied analytics, including a minimum of 2 years of experience managing analytics teams

• 8+ years of experience in BI and Data Warehousing

• Experience initiating and completing BI, data warehousing and/or analytical projects with minimal guidance

• Experience communicating results of analysis to executive leadership

• Project management experience

Responsibilities:

• Drive the mission and strategy for Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing across a product vertical

• Build and lead a high-quality BI and Data Warehousing team, designing it to scale

• Develop cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver on those needs

• Manage data warehouse plans, drive data quality, and ensure operational efficiency

• Design, build, and launch new data models and pipelines in production

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design

• 4+ years of design leadership experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership

• 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams

• Have demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple teams and designers across complex initiatives that resulted in top-level impact. Example: Two-sided marketplaces, cross-organization priority workstreams

• Have a proven record of influencing long-term product vision and phased strategy

• Champion Instagram Craft of the Instagram product overall by driving design + Craft initiatives

• Incept and drive initiatives that improve the efficiency, caliber and satisfaction of the pillar and the larger organization
