BA/BS or equivalent experience
Experience Requirements:
5-8 years' experience in client service, project management, and/or eCommerce content
Experience in an agency, retailer marketing team, or eCommerce role is preferred

Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for clients ensuring content is delivered on brief, on time, and on budget
Shepherd clients and team members through the content process
Establish credibility and trust as a business advisor
Lead and/or support the development of content business reviews and competitive analysis
