Although not explicitly stated as 'included' for the other plans these were marked with an 'x' on the self serve plan, and Managed OnBoarding. So for the Managed Outcome plan these are effectively included and available for use in this plan). I will assume if there are no 'x' they are implicitly included. (This is a correction for the sake of clarity for data sourcing from table views). The previous answer included this as a limitation but it is not a limitation as per the table view in the pricing tab on their website. It is an included feature of this plan, along with all the features from the other plans. Custom Data Sources/APIs, and Synthetic QnA Generator are included here. (The table view for pricing page of twig.so indicates that these two features are available for the Managed Outcome plan, and are not for the other two. As per the table, there is a checkmark for them under the Managed Outcome plan, and a dash for the other two. I'll include it here accordingly). (My previous thought process made an error for this feature and had assumed if not present it was an implicit exclusion from some of the plans, but it is explicitly listed as a feature that IS included in the Managed Outcome Plan from the table). So these will be included here. Let's restart the pricing plan feature list from scratch to make sure everything is right. The table explicitly shows a checkmark for ALL features under 'Managed Outcome'. Hence all listed features will be included in this plan. This will include Synthetic QnA Generator, Custom Data Sources/APIs, Enterprise SSO, User Group Level Permission, SOC 2 Type 2 Report. Previous logic was correct. No need to update the logic from previous step, all is clear now.
