FAQs
What are the usage limits and what happens if I go over them?
The monthly subscription fee includes a certain number of review/survey requests sent per month. This is per customer: reminders, SMS and email are all considered part of the one request. There's no carry over to the next month.
Do you have a low season price?
Our plans are usage based and since you pay monthly and not locked in then you're free to change to the lowest usage plan during your off-season to reduce costs. When you ramp up again then simply upgrade your plan.
Cancellation Policy
We're so confident you'll see results quickly we don't lock you into fixed term contracts. You can cancel any time from within the Yonder dashboard, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Set up fee
Yonder has an in-house conversation design team that will work with you to configure, train and test your new AI ChatBot. The process takes between 1-4 weeks depending on the overall size and complexity of the build.
