Responsibilities:
Assurer le support via chat, e-mail et téléphone en apportant des réponses rapides et efficaces.
Proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins clients.
Assurer le suivi des demandes jusqu'à leur résolution et remonter les incidents complexes aux équipes concernées.
Assurer la phase d’onboarding des clients de 0 à 90 jours pour t’assurer que la solution est bien adoptée.
Établir des connexions régulières et significatives avec les clients pour recueillir des retours, proposer des fonctionnalités pertinentes ou partager des informations utiles (simplifications techniques, évolutions produit…). Suivre et anticiper les signaux faibles (engagement réduit, questions récurrentes, etc...) afin de prévenir le churn et assurer une satisfaction durable.
