Experience Requirements:
7 to 10+ years of product management experience
Experience managing PMs and leading high performance teams
Understanding of model quality measurement and benchmark design
Technical fluency across ML, data pipelines, and distributed systems
Experience working with ML researchers and engineers
Other Requirements:
Bonus: Experience building evaluation platforms or ML observability
Responsibilities:
Lead AI product strategy for Note Generation models
Oversee the evaluation platform and measurement systems
Drive depth across specialties and clinical contexts roadmap
Manage a team of product managers spanning models and workflows
Partner with Engineering and ML leadership on architecture
