Head of Product
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent in working experience.
Experience Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in product management or project management in complex/matrix environments.
Prior experience in Conversational AI/Chatbot/SaaS products.
Product management experience in B2B SaaS.
Other Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departmental heads.
Strong leadership skills with an ability to move peers and juniors.
High level of analytical and quantitative skills.
Visionary with high integrity and calmness under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the roles and working of other team members in the technical department.
Oversee the innovation and improvement of the business’s product.
Spearheading investigation and analyses on the product and the product market.
Identify and resolve strategic issues impairing the department’s goals.
Pivotal role in the recruitment and management of new personnel.
