Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day execution of HR tasks and processes, ensuring that recruitment, onboarding, and employee support happen seamlessly and at pace.

• Keep all employee records up to date.

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process under guidance from the Head of People & Culture.

• Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.

• Provide Tier 1 HR support, addressing employee queries and minor concerns.

Experience Requirements:

• Video Surveillance Systems: Experience with concepts including Field of View (FoV), Frame Rate, Bandwidth, detection, and recognition ranges.

• Video Management Systems (VMS): Hands-on experience in design, installation, and deployment, with knowledge of various VMS brands and platforms.

• Video Analytics Systems: Hands-on experience in design, installation, and deployment.

• Networking: Basic knowledge required, with preference for candidates with CCNA certification or equivalent experience.

• Server Deployment and Configuration: Fundamental understanding.

Other Requirements:

• Linux Operating Systems: Proficiency with Linux-based systems, including troubleshooting and scripting.

• Cloud and Virtualisation Technologies: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-based deployments is a plus.

• Office Tools: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• English: Full professional proficiency required.

• Availability for occasional international travel

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical resource for the icetana sales team.

• Conduct live and recorded demonstrations, and POC deployments.

• Assist customers and system integrators with solution design and hardware sizing.

• Support System Integrators in responding to tenders, RFPs, and other requirements from end users and customers.

• Engage with end users, customers, and system integrators to develop projects and address technical requirements.

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years in a technical role (e.g., solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation) with an interest in transitioning to sales or account management.

• 5+ years in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in SaaS, or security.

• Familiarity with AI, video analytics, or security solutions is highly desirable.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Other Requirements:

• Someone with strong technical background looking to transition into sales

• Someone who will deal with customers authentically, and transparently, focussing on how we can meet their needs rather than pushing the hard sell.

• Experience working with channel partners and partner ecosystems is a plus.

• Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

• Experience with CRM platforms (we use Zoho) is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customers (outside of the Middle East & USA).

• Understand customer objectives, challenges, and technical requirements to ensure optimal use of icetana’s solutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor, assisting customers with troubleshooting and optimization of their icetana deployment.

• Own and manage the renewal process, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

• Maintain an understanding of regional security trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
