• 2+ years in Sales or Business/ Sales Development in a B2B technology

• Experience in **physical or video security software** – highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Identify new sales leads and opportunities with end customers in the physical security market.

• Build and A/B test email campaigns that generate new opportunities.

• Follow a playbook when reaching out to customers, and help the company improve where necessary.

• Turn prospects into sales qualified leads (SQLs) by following the Lumana Playbook

• Schedule qualified customer demo meetings with sales leadership.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within a relevant industry.

• Proven track record of building and managing successful partner programs.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and develop relationships with strategic local, regional, and national channel partners to support Lumana’s expansion.

• Drive the recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of new partners, ensuring they understand Lumana’s offerings and value propositions.

• Provide training, tools, and resources to partners to optimize their performance and contribution to company growth.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience Requirements:

• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas through expert prospecting, demos, and closing mid-market accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Acquisition: Source and close new business to consistently achieve or surpass quarterly sales quotas, leveraging a deep understanding of Lumana's product advantages over competitive offerings.

• Product Mastery: Develop an intimate understanding of Lumana's products in comparison to competing solutions, enabling you to position our offerings effectively during customer interactions.

• Complete Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting new customers, hosting compelling online demos, crafting tailored proposals, and effectively closing deals.
