Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications, tools, and scripts to support business needs

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand technical requirements

• Design, implement, and deploy robust and scalable backend services using Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI)

• Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party systems to enhance functionality

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability

Education Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Experience Requirements:

• Prior internship or part-time experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role is preferred but not required

• Interest in SaaS, education technology, or B2B sales is required

Responsibilities:

• Assist with identifying potential client leads through online research, databases, and digital outreach

• Support outbound email and call campaigns, helping initiate contact with educational institutions and corporate training providers

• Help maintain and update the sales pipeline in our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups

• Assist in managing communication with prospective and existing clients under the supervision of the sales team

• Track customer interactions and help prepare materials for client onboarding and relationship management

Education Requirements:

• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and relevant experience (including military service) will be considered

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry experience is required

• Experience with Venafi and Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) is highly desirable

• Records management and experience handling compliance audits are a plus

• Prior industry experience in highly regulated sectors (e.g., finance, healthcare, technology) is preferred

• Deep understanding of certificate lifecycle management and cryptographic principles, including emerging post-quantum encryption standards (e.g., NIST PQC algorithms)

• Limited off-hours on-call support rotations

• Design, build, and maintain secure technology solutions with a focus on certificate lifecycle management, post-quantum cryptography, and automation

• Evaluate and implement certificate automation practices using tools like Venafi and ADCS/PKI

• Provide engineering support and subject matter expertise related to TLS communications, quantum-resilient cryptographic standards, and certificate troubleshooting

• Collaborate with architecture teams to translate high-level architectural designs into actionable implementation plans, including sizing, operationalization, and future-proofing for post-quantum threats
