Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
Experience Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in operations, program management, analytics, consulting, or a similar role
Prior experience in marketplaces, logistics, supply chain, or high-volume operations is a plus
Other Requirements:
Analytical strength with structured and unstructured data
Comfortable using SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools
Strong execution mindset with attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Analyze daily operational data to identify gaps and process breakages
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for control tower metrics
Translate data insights into clear problem statements and action plans
Document and continuously improve operational processes
Coordinate across teams to ensure fast resolution of operational issues
