  • Use AI tools for the full content lifecycle (research, outlines, drafts, updates, repurposing) and develop/refine effective prompts, ensuring AI quality and mitigating errors

  • Implement comprehensive SEO/GEO strategies to maximize content visibility across Google, AI Overviews (AIOs), and LLMs, including structuring content for AI ingestion and optimizing for LLM citations

  • Proactively identify and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline content workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve quality

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the SaaS industry

Other Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (Levels: C1 or C2). Other languages are a strong plus (preferably French)

  • Create and update processes and maintain our internal knowledge base

  • Have the opportunity to work on CX (Customer Experience) initiatives and projects aimed at improving our way of working, knowledge, and tools, as well as cross-team projects with Product and Marketing
