Responsibilities:

• Craft the product strategy for our legal AI products serving professionals in the US, Japan, and around the world

• Work closely with customers to ensure our product is easy to learn, easy to use, and delivers compelling value that drives regular user engagement

• Work closely with engineering teams in the US and Japan in an iterative development environment to adapt and create new features that delight customers, driving a high Net Promoter Score and a high win rate for our sales team

• Deeply understand all of our customer personas to analyze pain points, set priorities, and create solutions

• Effectively represent and communicate the product’s strategy, roadmap, challenges, needs and value proposition to internal teams (including engineering, sales, design, and senior leadership) as well as customers

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure, primarily in AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) for optimal performance.

• Proficient in software release management and GitOps, utilizing tools like Terraform, Helm, and Flux.

• Manage databases (Redis, Postgres) and container repositories for seamless integration with our platform.

• Work closely with Mobile App developers, 3rd party API developers, and software architects to collaborate on solutions that serve drivers with the best experience

• Troubleshoot production issues, develop and release hotfixes
