Education Requirements:

• A degree in Business Administration or a related field

Experience Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in a large consulting firm as a consultant or analyst

• 3 years in a leadership role, with team management experience

Other Requirements:

• Work permit, Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status Required

Responsibilities:

• Providing daily strategy, coaching and guidance to a significant number of participants (clients) through written communication on the Impro app, dedicating a substantial portion of the day, five days a week

• Conducting regular strategy calls with clients and participants, amounting to a few hours per week

• Serving as a consultant, analyzing data and delivering insights to clients through reports and presentations

• Actively participating in weekly training and planning meetings (including in the Toronto office three days per week, on average)

• Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the progress of strategic implementations, and adjusting strategies, as necessary Regular collaborative work with clients and Impro team members Allocating a set amount of time each week to study your participants Dedicating a certain amount of time each week for training and your own professional growth Investing a specific amount of time each week to study generative AI
