Education Requirements:
A degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience Requirements:
3 years’ experience in a large consulting firm as a consultant or analyst
3 years in a leadership role, with team management experience
Other Requirements:
Work permit, Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status Required
Responsibilities:
Providing daily strategy, coaching and guidance to a significant number of participants (clients) through written communication on the Impro app, dedicating a substantial portion of the day, five days a week
Conducting regular strategy calls with clients and participants, amounting to a few hours per week
Serving as a consultant, analyzing data and delivering insights to clients through reports and presentations
Actively participating in weekly training and planning meetings (including in the Toronto office three days per week, on average)
Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the progress of strategic implementations, and adjusting strategies, as necessary Regular collaborative work with clients and Impro team members Allocating a set amount of time each week to study your participants Dedicating a certain amount of time each week for training and your own professional growth Investing a specific amount of time each week to study generative AI
