Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience Requirements:
4+ years of experience in software engineering
3+ years of experience in scripting language such as Python or Java
Responsibilities:
Design and develop backend services and infrastructure in a cloud environment (AWS)
Serve as a technical focal point for software development best practices and design of key components, services, and systems
Take full ownership and responsibility for multiple development projects
Research new technologies, create prototypes, and develop them into production functionalities
Contribute to server-side development using microservices architecture, applying the latest industry trends

Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 2 technical support to our customers and internal teams through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network-related escalated issues with a deep understanding of networking protocols and configurations
Diagnose and address remote network hardware concerns using command prompt and related tools
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to support internal teams and clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical issues, offering insights to improve products and processes
