Senior Speech AI Engineer
Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience in speech or audio machine learning
Proven experience designing and modifying neural architectures
Experience running large-scale experiments on GPUs
Other Requirements:
Strong understanding of sequence and streaming models
Ability to reason deeply about model trade-offs
Strong communication and mentorship skills
Responsibilities:
Analyze existing speech model architectures to identify limitations
Lead efforts to balance model quality with real-time constraints
Design and oversee architecture-level ablation studies
Design architectures for audio-to-audio conversational systems
Mentor Speech AI Engineers on architectural reasoning
