Experience Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Appreciable understanding of NodeJS with optional experience in React, React Native, and Electron.
Understanding of product lifecycles, how to implement new features in existing codebases, and the ability to turn UI/UX requirements into code.
Hands-on experience with modern developer practices and tooling (CI/CD, Git, AWS, CloudFlare, etc)

Understand the jargon and fundamentals of running AI models and be aware of their underlying functionality and concepts to a reasonable degree since our core focus is on-device AI.
Experience in shipping production code to end-users in at least one of the above technologies (Node.js, React, Electron, and React Native) or related technologies (eg, Nextjs, etc).
Ability to effectively communicate in a remote-first team, as well as being able to optimize for quick feedback loops.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable features for our Open-Source, Desktop, and mobile experiences
Collaborate with product, design, and internal teams to build user-centric applications powered entirely with off-the-shelf on-device models.
Build bespoke and sleek end-user experiences that leverage local compute for AI workloads currently unseen in the market.
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews, both for internal and public-facing projects
Build fully complete, QA’d, and tested code for standalone features as well as the ability to maintain a modern codebase without frills.
