Responsibilities:

  • Develop our agentic systems: R&D new capabilities, improve how agents understand our codebase and implement features, evolve the frameworks.

  • Build and scale our data pipelines: Work with Python, Prefect, DuckDB, Polars, Trino and dbt to process millions of records daily.

  • Design rock-solid infrastructure: Shape the architecture of our AWS-based stack, deploying solutions with Terraform and containerization using Docker.

  • Power our API platform: Use FastAPI to deliver blazing-fast insights to our users, backed by PostgreSQL and optimized for growth.

  • Work close to the customer

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in complex SaaS, data products, or B2B software

  • Proven ability to prospect, manage a pipeline, and close deals independently

  • Demonstrated exposure to and experience in customer support or account management

  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in startups or high-growth environments; understand the pace, intensity, and autonomy required

  • Located in California and authorized to work in the U.S.
