Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategy that aligns with our corporate goals and enhances Sema4.ai brand awareness across multiple platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, X, and YouTube)

• Manage and lead organic social media initiatives and campaigns to grow engagement, followers, and content performance.

• Understand our story, products, technology, and market to build compelling social content and copy. Create and post engaging content across social channels. Suggest supporting visual concepts for creative design to execute.

• Identify emerging channel trends, partnering with creative, paid media, demand, and Web marketing as well as external agencies to define, test, and execute on new programs and opportunities.

• Manage and monitor online conversations. Analyze and report on performance of campaigns and initiatives. Maintain a deep understanding of social media best practices, performance metrics, data analysis, and tools. Create and maintain a detailed social calendar (daily, weekly) and cadence for posting across multiple social channels. Collaborate with other leaders (eg Web, PR, Demand) to craft the shared marketing editorial calendar. Coach senior employees and leadership on social media best practices, sharing learnings and recommendations. Support demand programs as needed, including LI Live and webinar programs

Experience Requirements:

• Proven track record of developing cross-platform software (Windows/MacOS, Linux)

Other Requirements:

• Hands-on expertise in at least one of our key technologies: Node.js, TypeScript, React, Electron, Golang, Python

• Understanding of software deployment and distribution systems, for example: npm, homebrew, Chocolatey, CI/CD systems, PyPI, Conda

• Available to work in the European time zone to ensure shared working hours with the team

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining locally installable cross-platform components that power the AI Agent stack of the future in companies large and small.

• Driving outcomes from customer need to customer value in production.

• Keeping our product secure by following and reacting to CVE findings using tools such as GitHub security scanner, Black Duck, and common virus scanner tooling.
