Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Software/Integration projects (Customer facing).

Responsibilities:

• a Project Manager will play a major part in both pre-sale and post-sale processes.

• You will work closely with clients around the world to build strong relationships.

• Translate the business development team’s requirements into technical elements.

• Be part of the planning teams to ensure that all required Technical building blocks are taken into consideration.

• Work closely with the Development and QA teams, Infrastructure and Backend teams, to ensure that SOW is completely delivered within budget, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in customer technical support and leading of a support team in a technology-driven company.

• Good understanding of support processes.

• Ability to build trusted customer relationships and provide first-class support experience.

Responsibilities:

• Broad customer support role ranging from onboarding and training to 1st and 2nd line of technical support of new and existing customers to help them get most value from our products.

• General support case management: logging, prioritization, troubleshooting, escalation (when necessary), closing, follow-up.

• Escalations management.

• Establishment, leading and development of customer technical support team.

• Ensuring a high level of customer service and overall leading of service delivery quality and efficiency.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience working as a mechanic or panel beater in cars' technical maintenance stations, or as a car accident commissioner for an insurance company.

• Deep understanding of vehicle functioning and possible damages that can occur during car incidents (both inside and outside).

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing car images to identify and mark damages for the purpose of AI learning.

• Checking the AI algorithm's output to ensure its proper education by reviewing the results of image processing.

• Supporting automotive product development projects as an expert in the field.
