What is a study?
A study is a unit of research in Maze. In the context of an unmoderated maze, a study refers to a maze that was set live. For interview studies, a study refers to an interview study with at least one session.
What is a project?
[Projects](https://help.maze.co/hc/en-us/articles/4412647934739-Creating-a-project) act like folders where you can add multiple studies. Creating a study inside a project turns it into an active project.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards. If you're considering other payment options, such as invoiced billing or wire transfers, please note that this is available exclusively on the Organization plan.
Will I receive an invoice?
The team owner or an admin can [download invoices/receipts](https://help.maze.co/hc/en-us/articles/360052723033-Downloading-your-invoices-receipts) from the billing area in the team settings. Please keep in mind that invoices are not automatically sent to your email. Exception: If you're on the Organization plan and have billing-related questions, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or the [Support team](https://help.maze.co/hc/en-us/requests/new) for assistance.
How can I cancel my plan?

What is team management?
Team management allows you to assign different [user roles](https://help.maze.co/hc/en-us/articles/4417490174483-Assigning-and-changing-roles) based on team member responsibilities, giving you full control over your team's access and permissions. This feature is available on the Starter and Organization plans.
What is a collaborator?
A [Collaborator](https://help.maze.co/hc/en-us/articles/360051963854-Inviting-collaborators-to-a-specific-project) is someone you can invite to review and comment on a specific project—without having to be added as a team member. This feature is available on the Team and Organization plans.
What is Maze review?
Maze Review allows you to [make comments](https://help.maze.co/hc/en-us/articles/4412710420371-Commenting-on-maze-blocks) and receive feedback on a maze. You can also [review and approve blocks](https://help.maze.co/hc/en-us/articles/4412710653459-Reviewing-and-approving-maze-blocks) within the maze. It's a useful tool for teams working together on projects.
