MM Prime is the subscription option that will continue to grow. By subscribing to MM Prime, besides enjoying unlimited access to all macro charts on the website, exclusive reports, all features of Toolbox, ETF Screener and analysis tools, you will also get exclusive access to new features to be released in the near future that will help you further elevate your investment strategy.

I've subscribed to the monthly plan. How do I switch to the yearly plan?

You can switch to the yearly plan at [Member Profile](/user/settings) > [Payment History](/user/order-history).

What's the benefit of automatic renewal?

Automatic renewals allow you to enjoy uninterrupted service from your subscription plan without having to manually renew your subscription constantly. On top of that, by selecting to auto-renew your subscription, you get to lock in the subscription price at the time of enrollment, a benefit we extend to dedicated users that stay with us. Once you discontinue your subscription, new pricing may apply when you re-subscribe.

How do I cancel my subscription and upcoming automatic payments?

To cancel your subscription, please go to [Member Profile](/user/settings) > [Payment History](/user/order-history) Upon canceling your subscription, your subscription service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged on the next renewal date.

What if I accidentally created another account and also made a subscription there?

Please email [support@macromicro.me](mailto:support@macromicro.me) and our customer support team will assist you with merging the accounts.

I've paid for my subscription plan but can't access the services after logging into my account. What's going on?

Each login method is treated as a separate account. If you have used different login methods to access MacroMicro in the past, we recommend trying other login methods to check if you're accessing the account linked to your subscription plan. If the problem is not resolved, please contact our customer support team at [support@macromicro.me](mailto:support@macromicro.me) for further assistance.

How do I cancel my subscription and upcoming automatic payments?

If you're using a credit card or UnionPay as the payment method, you can cancel your subscription at Member Profile > Payment History. Upon canceling your subscription, your subscription service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged on the next renewal date. If you're using PayPal as the payment method, please cancel your automatic subscription from the [PayPal](https://www.paypal.com/) website.

Will I receive any email notifications when my subscription plan is automatically renewed? What happens if my credit card expired and I forget to update the payment method?

Yearly plan subscribers will receive an auto-renewal reminder email 10 days before their current plan expires. Both monthly and yearly plan subscribers will receive a payment confirmation email from NewebPay whenever a payment for subscription auto-renewal is successfully completed. To make sure auto-renewal subscribers won't lose their subscription price due to an expired credit card, the billing date for auto-renewals is set at 2 days before the ongoing subscription's expiration date. If a payment didn’t go through, you will receive an email alert from us to notify you that the latest auto-renewal payment was unsuccessful and that further actions are required from you. If you have received this email, please promptly update your credit card information at [Member Profile](/user/settings) > [Payment History](/user/order-history) > Change/Update Credit Card.

Is it safe to use my credit card to subscribe to your services?

Your credit card information is protected with SSL 256bit encryption. We only retain the first six and last four digits of the credit card number for reconciliation purposes.

How is MM Business different from other plans?

The MM Business plan offers several unique features. For instance, you can export watermark-free charts with full commercial rights, allowing you to publicly use these charts in a wider range of scenarios. Additionally, the plan provides access to download raw data spanning the entire time period, which is particularly helpful for users needing advanced analysis. In short, the MM Business plan provides exclusive features not available in other plans, such as chart licensing, data downloads, and enhanced team account collaboration, making it a more flexible and comprehensive solution.

Can I use the charts downloaded with the MM Business plan in public settings or printed in books?

Yes, the charts downloaded with the MM Business plan come with full commercial rights. Therefore, you can use these charts for public presentations or print them in books. This service allows for wider application of the charts, lending professionalism and authority to your work..

Why are some data not available for download? Where can I find all the data that can be downloaded with the MM Business plan?

MM relies on data collaboration to obtain comprehensive data, and due to varying contract agreements with different partners, some data may not be available for download. The data available for download with the MM Business plan are sourced from institutions with public licensing agreements. To ensure your needs are met, simply log in to your MM PRO / Prime / Business account, where you can access and filter the full list of all downloadable data on [this page](/series).

Do I have the right to publicly use the data downloaded with the MM Business plan? Are there any legal concerns I should be aware of regarding this matter?

Unless otherwise authorized in writing by MM, MM does not permit any data services obtained from subscription plans to be used for commercial purposes. Sublicensing, transferring, selling, lending, or distributing information in any form, including data, is restrictly prohibited by agreements between MM and data providers. You may not copy or create derivative works. Therefore, please ensure compliance with relevant regulations and MM's terms and conditions when using the data to avoid legal issues.

What should I do if the data fails to download?

In the event of a download failure, you can go to the data download records page in your member profile and retry the download within one hour. Re-downloads due to failure will not count toward your download quota.

What should I do if I exceed the 200 download limit? Can I purchase additional downloads?

The MM Business plan offers 200 data downloads per month. If you exceed this limit within a month, you can either wait until the next month to receive a new set of downloads or contact us at business@macromicro.me. Our specialists will assist you shortly.
