Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Design or Creative Lead, with hands-on expertise in product design for consumer-facing products

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the end-to-end design process, from ideation to final execution, ensuring simple, self-explanatory, and innovative user experiences

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and other designers to align on priorities and deliver impactful, simple solutions

• Lead the design of projects that push the boundaries of generative AI tools for image and video creation and editing, leveraging a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations

• Create rapid prototypes and interactive mockups to test, iterate, and communicate ideas effectively

• Conduct user research and engage with beta testers to gather insights, validate designs, and refine the product experience

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years driving growth and product management in a startup, ideally within SaaS or creative tech

• Proven record using analytics, experimentation, and data to scale acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools like Amplitude and a rigorous approach to testing and funnel optimization

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence without authority, and unite teams around shared growth goals

• Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for varied audiences

Responsibilities:

• Solve complex product and growth challenges in a fast-evolving environment, applying innovative thinking to navigate ambiguity and unlock scalable opportunities

• Take full ownership of defining, executing, and iterating on end-to-end growth strategies, across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion, to drive subscription and API revenue

• Establish and refine data-driven experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses, improve onboarding, and boost conversion, engagement, and retention

• Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, machine learning, and data teams to identify and prioritize high-impact product initiatives

• Engage with the Ideogram community and leverage user behavior insights, funnel analytics, and feedback loops to inform decision-making

Experience Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally as an early marketing hire at an early-stage startup

• Proven success in driving growth through innovative marketing strategies

• Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, digital marketing, and content creation

• Experience managing contractors or freelancers to execute marketing plans

• Proficiency with analytics platforms and marketing automation tools
