What does Fathom cost?
Fathom is 100% free for unlimited recording, transcription, and summarization. We offer a Premium version with advanced AI features like AI-generated action items and 12 different meeting summary templates, and a Team Edition for teams and managers.
Who has access to my recordings?
All recordings are 100% private and only seen if you share them or highlights with others.
Is Fathom secure?
Yes. Fathom follows security best practices including end-to-end encryption, robust monitoring, and regular 3rd party penetration testing. It has completed a SOC2 Type 2 audit and a security review by Zoom.
Should I be concerned about my privacy?
We take privacy seriously, have eliminated 3rd party cookies, and written understandable terms of service and privacy policy.
Will people be uncomfortable with recording Zoom calls?
If you haven't recorded calls before, you're more likely to worry than your attendees. Many roles already record calls, and over 50% of attendees want recording access for their benefit. Fathom allows pausing recording if needed.
