Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of IT infrastructure experience working closely with cloud technologies

Other Requirements:

• Have a working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar technologies

• Have experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks such as Prometheus, Elastic Stack, Grafana

• Continuous integration and deployment (CICD) with tools such as Jenkins. Should be aware of managing pipeline has to code

• Good to know one of these languages: - Go, Python, and/or Java

• Have experience with Git, BitBucket, Apache, Nginx

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Strong sense of ownership and showing initiative

Other Requirements:

• Individuals who are available for a full-time, in-office internship

• Candidates who can commit to a 3-month duration

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough market research

• Using LinkedIn to generate leads

• Creating and running marketing campaigns

• Assisting in maintaining and updating the database of leads

• Writing and editing engaging emails, brochures, and social media posts to effectively communicate with the target audience

Experience Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in customer success or account management, preferably in healthcare

Other Requirements:

• Familiarity with clinical or research environments, and understanding the challenges and nuances of these fields

• Experience in working with customers from diverse geographic locations, understanding cultural differences, and tailoring communication and support accordingly

• Demonstrated experience in owning and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Serving as a single point of contact for customer relationships

• Working with customers to determine the best way CARPL can add value

• Training customers on using CARPL

• Documenting feature requests and customization requests from customers

• Liaising with CARPL’s engineering and product teams to prioritize and implement these requests
