• Coordinate with content providers Proactively follow up with content providers and internal teams in order to resolve issues in a timely manner. Keep the stakeholders/requestors up to date on their reported issues. Content Flow Monitoring & Reporting Track processing state, generate content usage reports, and maintain logs of content requests (e.g., via Productboard or similar tools). Documentation Create, update, and document content onboarding processes. Quality Assurance and Quality Control: review documents for property categorization and tagging across our processing pipeline of content

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the strategy and end-to-end sales processes to expand AlphaSense’s most strategic accounts across Corporate Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Business Development, and M&A within the U.S. & Canada.

• Become an expert on corporate customer needs and use cases, market dynamics, company capabilities, competitive landscape, and product differentiation.

• Execute a value-based, Enterprise sales motion through best-in-class champion building, business case construction, and deal management.

• Research opportunities, prospect, initiate discussions, build relationships, conduct demos, manage evaluations, and most importantly: close deals!

• Partner with our SDR team to create prospecting plans and drive pipeline. Forecast accurately and help the Pod develop the necessary pipeline to meet/exceed the team quota Work closely with Account Management to ensure customer health throughout the contract term, as well as closing sourced upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Experience Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Cold call, prospect, conduct frequent technical demonstrations and in a full 360 Sales role, targeting corporate intelligence departments selling into a corporate vertical market.

• Research opportunities, prospect, initiate discussions, build relationships, conduct demos, manage product trials, and most importantly: close deals!

• Forecast accurately and develop the necessary pipeline to meet/exceed quota.

• Work closely with our Product Specialist team during trials to ensure client engagement and ultimate purchase.

• Gather and distribute product feedback from clients and prospects to the sales and product teams to help us continually enhance our product offerings
