Education Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in startups that have scaled to large companies

Other Requirements:

• Experience in B2B and heavy data apps (a plus)

• Background in SaaS product design

• Expertise in creating thorough documentation and supporting production processes

• Ability to identify and resolve usability issues while enhancing product reliability

• Strong communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Team player, self-starter, highly organized and proactive

• Experience with AI technologies (a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product design process, from concept through execution

• Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align design decisions with business goals

• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform

• Utilize prototyping tools to create wireframes and mockups, and conduct usability tests to iterate and refine designs

• Analyze user feedback and market trends to identify new opportunities for product enhancements

Education Requirements:

• BSc Computer Science, or Engineering degree is a plus

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of Full-Stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
