Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of software testing experience.

• Experience in building testing systems from scratch, test development experience in large-scale software projects or systems.

• Familiar with open-source testing frameworks and Linux development tools, familiar with at least one scripting language: Shell, Python, etc.

• Deep understanding of software testing basic theories, familiar with relevant testing methods.

• Familiar with at least one automated testing tool, capable of independently completing automated tests. Bonus: understanding of at least one deep learning training framework, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe. Bonus: certain algorithm/model implementation capability, experience in deep learning coding and debugging.

Responsibilities:

• Build research institute's platform testing system, covering unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, etc.

• Responsible for testing research institute's system platforms and algorithm platforms, follow up on the entire testing process, ensure system functionality, performance, and stability.

• Construction and maintenance of internal testing environment, test case management, etc.

• Participate in project or task reviews, formulate test plans, assist software engineers and algorithm engineers in improving platform quality, and design quality assurance and testing strategies for different functions.

Education Requirements:

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science or Mathematics.

Experience Requirements:

• Professional knowledge in computer vision, Natural Language Processing, multimodal pre-training and other related fields.

• In-depth research in one or more areas of computer vision, Natural Language Processing, multimodal, deep learning, including but not limited to: image/video understanding, detection, segmentation, action recognition, multimodal, RAG, few-shot learning.

• Familiar with training and deployment of one or more framework models in PyTorch/TensorFlow, understanding of mixed-precision training, distributed training, TensorRT deployment.

• Strong model development and tuning capabilities, project experience in video content understanding or multimodal retrieval preferred.

• Winners in competitions like Kaggle, COCO, ActivityNet, ICPC, NOI/IOI preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Strong ability to model business problems into algorithm models, strong technical curiosity, self-drive and enterprising spirit, able to timely pay attention to and learn industry best practices preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for multimodal/CV/NLP algorithm application research and implementation in various business scenarios, including but not limited to risk mining/hotspot discovery/information retrieval/knowledge graph/intelligent dialogue.

• Track the latest research results in multimodal field to continuously improve algorithm application effects, research directions include but are not limited to multimodal VLMs, LLM and other frontier technologies.

• Deeply participate in product R&D projects, work closely with product managers/business R&D/business quality/operations to improve overall project efficiency and benefits.

• Responsible for tracking and evaluating algorithm effects and performance, continuously optimizing and improving algorithms, solving problems and challenges in algorithms.
