Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the content team to brainstorm and gather content materials and creative ideas for video production on the Rizzle platform.

• Transform provided content, including text, images, and audio, into captivating and visually appealing videos that adhere to Rizzle's unique style and quality standards.

• Utilize the features and tools available on the Rizzle platform to enhance video content creation, and if necessary, regenerate and craft engaging videos to maximize user engagement.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest releases, updates, and features of the Rizzle platform.

• Continuously adapt to new tools and functionalities to improve the quality and reach of produced content

• Ensure strict adherence to Global technology laws, GDPR, and other international regulations.

• Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, including software licensing agreements, service contracts, data processing agreements, and more.

• Oversee and advise on matters pertaining to data privacy and protection, including GDPR compliance, data breach management, and privacy policies.

• Manage and safeguard the company's intellectual property assets, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets.

• Stay current with evolving technology and privacy laws worldwide, assess their impact on the company, and develop comprehensive compliance strategies. Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary and manage litigation or dispute resolution matters. Assist in maintaining the company's corporate governance framework, including board meetings, record-keeping, and adherence to corporate regulations. Conduct internal training programs to educate employees on legal and compliance matters, fostering a culture of awareness within the organization
