Responsibilities:
Craft the product strategy for our legal AI products serving professionals in the US, Japan, and around the world
Work closely with customers to ensure our product is easy to learn, easy to use, and delivers compelling value that drives regular user engagement
Work closely with engineering teams in the US and Japan in an iterative development environment to adapt and create new features that delight customers, driving a high Net Promoter Score and a high win rate for our sales team
Deeply understand all of our customer personas to analyze pain points, set priorities, and create solutions
Effectively represent and communicate the product’s strategy, roadmap, challenges, needs and value proposition to internal teams (including engineering, sales, design, and senior leadership) as well as customers
